The changes are organized by release version, so if you are upgrading from a version prior to 7.0.0, or any version since then up to 7.0.3, you can find information about what is new with each of the following releases.

7.4.0 Release

• For traffic that is subject to our Acceleration or Edge Cache engine, when files are being transferred inbound for the first time, it is now possible to apply the Inbound Quality of Service (QoS) rules set in the appliance. In the past, only Outbound QoS was possible for this type of traffic. Subsequent inbound transfers can benefit from cache reduction and then run at the LAN speed.
